The process for making the perfect personalised wall sticker is as easy as 1,2,3 (4)! Firstly, upload your design. Our make your own stickers service accepts photographs, computer generated designs and most other things - As long as the image is of an acceptable size and quality, and does not contain watermarks, we can transform it into your very own personalised wall art sticker! Secondly, choose whether you would like your design to be monocolour, or if you would like it to contain multiple colours. If you submit a design and choose the monocolour option, you will need to select the colour in which you would like it to be made. Then, choose whether you would like the image to include a background and then specify the size you would like. Finally, decide whether or not you wish to receive by email a sample image of how your personalised decal would look.With regards to the quality of our custom vinyl stickers, please allow us to put you at ease! 1. How to create custom stickers at Tenstickers?
The process is extremely simple. You just have to upload your image or design into our online personalization tool. Select the color, define the measurements, and the type of cut you want. In a few clicks, we transform your idea into a high-quality product ready to decorate your space.
2. What does "Receive a sample image by email" consist of?
We want the result to be perfect. If you select this option, our design team will send you an image of how your sticker will look before starting the manufacturing. This way, you can give us your approval or request adjustments, ensuring the final product is exactly what you expect.
3. In what sizes can I manufacture my custom stickers?
At Tenstickers, we adapt to your needs. You can configure your stickers from small sizes of a few centimeters to large formats to cover wide surfaces. Just enter the width and height measurements into our tool and the price will be updated instantly.
4. How can I add a transparent background to my sticker?
If you need to print on a transparent vinyl material (the design on an invisible base), this option does not appear in the color selector. In that case, contact us directly and our team will personalize your order so that it looks exactly as you imagine.
5. How long does production and shipping take?
We work with agility so that you can enjoy your decoration as soon as possible. Generally, production takes 2-3 business days after order confirmation. Once production is complete, delivery time takes 4–6 working days. We will always keep you informed with a tracking number.
If you wish to speed up the production process, you can select the "Priority Production Service" option available in the shopping cart. With this service, the production period is reduced to 24 business hours.
If you wish to have your order delivered outside Europe, delivery will take 14 working days.
6. Can you reuse our custom stickers?
Our standard stickers are designed for optimal and long-lasting adhesion, so it is not recommended to reuse them once they have been removed.
7. How are custom stickers applied?
The application is fast and clean. First, clean the surface with a cloth and alcohol to remove dust or grease. Remove the backing paper from one end and stick the sticker little by little, using a spatula or a soft cloth from the center towards the edges to avoid bubbles. 8. What is the price for large quantities?
At Tenstickers, we reward your loyalty and purchase volume. We apply progressive discounts: the larger the quantity of units of the same design, the lower the cost per unit. You will see the discount automatically applied to your online quote when increasing the quantity in the configurator.
If your order exceeds 100 units, we recommend that you contact us to adjust the price according to your needs.
9. What colors does Tenstickers offer?
We have a wide range for your projects: we have more than 45 vibrant matte colors. In addition, we offer special finishes such as translucent gray, fluorescent tones, metallic gold and silver, holographic, and an exclusive carbon fiber texture.
10. What type of file should I send and what are the quality requirements?
To achieve a professional finish, you must send your design in vector formats such as EPS, AI (Adobe Illustrator), SVG, or Corel, or as high-resolution images. If the file does not meet our quality standards, we will contact you to offer alternatives. Additionally, if the design is highly complex and requires extra technical intervention, this may be reflected in the final cost of the order.
11. What happens if my design is very complex or does not have the proper resolution?
If the design does not meet our high-resolution criteria, we will contact you to offer an alternative solution. In the case of complex designs, additional work may be required, which could result in an increased cost.
12. How do I request special finishes or what do I do if I cannot upload my file?
For inquiries about special stickers (chalkboard stickers, transparent vinyl stickers, etc.), please contact us. If you have difficulties uploading the file due to size restrictions or an unsupported format, please send us an email.
13. What are the minimum requirements for designs with a removed background?
If it is necessary to remove the background, the thinnest element must have a minimum thickness of 4 mm. Otherwise, problems may arise during the cutting process.
14. How are the dimensions and proportions of my sticker calculated?
The size of the sticker is automatically calculated according to the proportions of the uploaded design. If the image has white margins, it is recommended to remove them. The maximum specified height or width is taken as a reference, always maintaining the original proportions.
